Messages from Malawi is a student storytelling club that helps young people build confidence, strengthen reading and writing skills, and share their lived experiences with local and global audiences.
Introduction
Messages from Malawi is a creative literacy and storytelling initiative designed to give students a voice through writing, reading, art, photography, and storytelling. The club creates a safe and inspiring environment where learners can express their ideas, experiences, dreams, and culture while developing essential communication and literacy skills.
The initiative seeks to nurture creativity, improve educational outcomes, and encourage self-expression among young learners. Through storytelling, students learn to communicate effectively, think critically, and appreciate the value of their own stories.
Club Overview
